Coriander Seasoned Oven Roasted Yellow Squash

This recipe has some different flavors compared to a usual roasted squash recipe. I was searching around trying to find a great recipe for yellow squash and nothing was really doing it for me. I decided to look around my pantry and that is how I came up with this recipe.

Equipment & Ingredients

Sheet Pan

Aluminum foil

Cutting Board

Knife(Chef Knife)

Black pepper (1 tablespoons)

Coriander(1tablespoon)

Olive or vegetable oil(1 tablespoon)

Salt (1/4 tablespoon)

Two Yellow Squash

Instructions

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 400F

Step 2. Slice your squash into circles with your chef’s knife

Step 3. Put your cut squash in a mixing bowl and pour in your olive oil or vegetable oil, black pepper, coriander, and salt into the mix and toss it around until it gets evenly distributed.

Step 4. Place your squash on the sheet pan with foil on top into the oven and make sure the squash is separated and not stacked on each other.

Step 5. Let it sit in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Step 6. Take it out of the oven.

Step 7. Plate with whatever you choose to have with it.

I hope you find this recipe helpful and delicious!
