Alfredo Sauce For Pasta, Pizza, or Anything You Desire


 Equipment

Sauce Pan

Whisk 

Measuring Spoons


Ingredients

Garlic Powder(1/4 teaspoon)

pepper(1/2 teaspoon)

Salt(1/4 teaspoon)

Butter(1 Tablespoon)

Flour(3 Tablespoons)

Parmesan Cheese(1 cup)

Crushed Red Pepper(A couple of shakes)

Milk Or Heavy Cream(2 cups)

Instructions

1.Turn the burner on a low heat setting and melt the butter in the sauce pan.

2. After the butter melts put the flour in the pan and whisk until you get a roux(about 3 minutes or so).

3. When you have a roux pour in your two cups of milk or heavy cream and whisk until you have no more clumps in your pan and don’t forget to put in your other seasonings before you put your cheese in. 

4. Put the Parmesan cheese into your milk and whisk everything until it is thick and creamy. 

5. Once thick and creamy mix into pasta or use it as a pizza sauce base.
