Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

  Ingredients 1 Rotisserie Chicken 1 Fresh Jalapeño 1 Cup Of Sour Cream 1 1/2 Cup Of Chicken Broth  Flour Tortillas( I use 4) 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Chili Powder 1 Tbs Butter 2 Tbs Flour 1 Cup Of Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese(Buy the block and do the shredding yourself) Instructions Step 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Step 2. To start your sauce melt the 1 Tbs of butter on a sauce pan and once butter is melted add the 2 Tbs of flour and whisk it. Step 3. Once made the roux add in the 1 1/2 cup of broth and 1 cup of sour cream and whisk until thick and don’t forget the salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Step 4. Put your sauce on a low heat and let sit, you will then start to roll your enchiladas with the chicken, sliced fresh jalapeños and cheese. I like to put some of my cheese in first that way it acts as a glue when cooking.  Step 5. Bayley Hazen Blue Burger With

This is my first recipe from the wonderful world of cheese. I have always loved cheese, and as I’ve gotten older I am loving the funkier tasting foods.    Equipment Cast Iron Skillet Ingredients 1 Tbsp Of Butter 1/4 Tsp Of Salt Ground Beef Brioche Buns Bayley Hazen Blue Cheese Wild Blueberry Preserve Instructions Step 1. In a cast iron skillet melt the 1 Tbsp of butter. Step 2. Form the burger patties and season with your salt and pepper. Step 3. Place your patties into the cast iron skillet using a medium heat and cook on each side for 4 (medium rare)to 5 (medium) minutes or until inside temperature reaches 130-135(medium rare) 140 to 145(medium) degree Fahrenheit. Do not press in the burger when you flip them if you do so the juices from the burgers will escape.  Step 4. Use low broil setting in the oven and place the buns in the oven until golden, but stay close and keep an eye on them so they do not burn. Step 5.
