Alfredo Sauce For Pasta, Pizza, or Anything You Desire

  Equipment Sauce Pan Whisk  Measuring Spoons Ingredients Garlic Powder(1/4 teaspoon) pepper(1/2 teaspoon) Salt(1/4 teaspoon) Butter(1 Tablespoon) Flour(3 Tablespoons) Parmesan Cheese(1 cup) Crushed Red Pepper(A couple of shakes) Milk Or Heavy Cream(2 cups) Instructions 1.Turn the burner on a low heat setting and melt the butter in the sauce pan. 2. After the butter melts put the flour in the pan and whisk until you get a roux(about 3 minutes or so). 3. When you have a roux pour in your two cups of milk or heavy cream and whisk until you have no more clumps in your pan and don’t forget to put in your other seasonings before you put your cheese in.  4. Put the Parmesan cheese into your milk and whisk everything until it is thick and creamy.  5. Once thick and creamy mix into pasta or use it as a pizza sauce base. 

Coriander Seasoned Oven Roasted Yellow Squash

 This recipe has some different flavors compared to a usual roasted squash recipe. I was searching around trying to find a great recipe for yellow squash and nothing was really doing it for me. I decided to look around my pantry and that is how I came up with this recipe.  Equipment & Ingredients Sheet Pan Aluminum foil  Cutting Board Knife(Chef Knife) Black pepper (1 tablespoons) Coriander(1tablespoon) Olive or vegetable oil(1 tablespoon) Salt (1/4 tablespoon)  Two Yellow Squash Instructions Step 1. Preheat your oven to 400F  Step 2. Slice your squash into circles with your chef’s knife  Step 3. Put your cut squash in a mixing bowl and pour in your olive oil or vegetable oil, black pepper, coriander, and salt into the mix and toss it around until it gets evenly distributed.  Step 4. Place your squash on the sheet pan with foil on top into the oven and make sure the squash is separated and not stacked on each other.  Step 5. Let it sit in the ...
